“Customers don’t expect you to be perfect. They do expect you to fix things when they go wrong.”
~Donald Porter, V.P. British Airways
Happy New Year!
As we wind down from peak-production mode, things are still busy in our offices. Phyllis, Joyce & Sally are still receiving follow-up orders, production is conducting their year-end inventory, and our Sales & Sales Support teams are actively confirming Spring Fundraisers (you haven’t confirmed your Spring Fundraiser yet? Then click here to request the latest details on our spring programs).
However, perhaps one of the busiest places right now is in Customer Service. Shari Perkins, our Customer Service Manager, and her team give a new meaning to multi-tasking. These ladies not only handle all the customer service phone calls & emails, but at the same time they can be found performing tasks ranging from monitoring UPS to be sure customer packages arrive on time, to matching order forms to the correct artwork.
Shari, Courtney & Leah are ready to help our fundraising customers
The “can do” attitude of our Customer Service team is infectious. Not only does it serve to energize the rest of the department, but it also results in many happy and satisfied fundraising customers – something we believe you can never have enough of!
In fact, just take a moment to check out some of the quotes we recently received from our customers:
“Thank you so much for your quick response and your help. Your company has the best customer service.” Christy J.
“…I appreciate working with excellent customer service representatives…thank you for providing thorough, patient and excellent service!” Theresa R.
“Thank you very much for all your help! You have demonstrated superior customer service.” Kim C.
I hope that you’ve enjoyed our look behind the scenes at our Customer Service Department here at Original Works.
As we begin 2014, we are looking forward to another successful year, celebrating our 25th Anniversary, and of course having the opportunity to work with so many of you again! We hope you will stay tuned to our blog and FB page for the latest news and updates as we enter our Spring 2014 season!
