Online School Fundraising Programs

School submits student names, teachers, and grades to us; we create your student labels and return them to the school

Students create their artwork in class or at home. They can use one of our art lesson plans, or one chosen by the teacher

Completed artwork is collected/returned to the school and the labels are applied to each piece of artwork.

School submits the labeled artwork to us.

We carefully scan, identify, and save each piece of artwork in our secure online system

A Custom Ordering Instructions/Flyer is created for each piece of artwork. It contains details for the families, including:

• How to access their child's artwork
• How to place orders online

Following instructions from the flyer, families access and view their child’s artwork on the products, and place their orders.

Online payment is made using a credit or debit card.

Our online Coordinator Panel feature allows the program coordinator to track the orders.

Orders arrive at our manufacturing facility electronically, where they are processed as received.

Orders are tabulated, profits calculated, and a profit check is sent directly to your school.
