Our most popular art fundraising program for schools!

 Our Express Program is simple & effective.

Earn profits for your school while running an educational program focused on building children’s creativity and self-esteem.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

CREATE!

  • START by using the 8 ½” x 11” art paper
    (30% larger than the competition) we supply free of charge.
  • ADD fun to the process by using specific themes or lessons.
  • USE bright bold colors and wide borders. 
    Markers, tempera and water color paints work well.
  • FILL the entire paper edge-to-edge for best reproduction of the artwork on our products.
  • CONSULT our ART GUIDELINES and take advantage of the dozens of free LESSON PLANS we offer.

ORGANIZE.

  • Once the artwork is completed; it is inserted in our convenient pre-stuffed family packet, along with the Dear Family letter.  These pre-stuffed packets reduce administrative work and streamline the process.  They include:
    • The artwork – Unlike some competition, we offer full size 8 ½” x 11” paper to maximize creativity.
    • (2) part order form – Offers a convenient mechanism for keeping track of orders vs. single part forms.
    • Creative full color brochure – Drives interest and orders.
    • Customized family letter – Creates program familiarity and encourages participation.
  • The family packets are sent home for ordering. Parents/families purchase items featuring their child’s artwork, complete the order form and return it with payment and the original artwork.

PROMOTE!

  • Publicize the program in the school newsletter, on the daily announcements, etc.
  • Follow the tips offered in our e-Marketing Kit to promote the program.
  • Showcase our striking sample products and eye-catching posters in the display case, office and other high traffic areas.
  • Our regular email notifications make it easy to plan, promote and administer your program.
